The Settlement Deed is the executed legal instrument under which all Kernax physical assets are transferred into the bankruptcy-remote Heritage Preservation Trust. Token holders are named beneficiaries of the trust.

Should Kernax Asset Architecture cease to operate, the Trustee remains legally obligated to honor Burn-to-Wear redemptions and deliver physical possession to the verified beneficiary.
